1. How The Referral Program Works

If you have received a Qred VISA, liked it and would like to invite people who you think would benefit from the card - this Referral Program is for you. When you have submitted your details you will get your referral link that you can share via Whatsapp, Messenger, Text Message, Email, LinkedIn or simply just copy the link and share in your preferred channel. The link leads to a signup page where your referrals can sign up for the Referral Program. They will then be redirected to a page where they can apply for the Qred VISA business card. If they do, and are approved, you will both receive 50 EUR each on your Qred VISAs. A win-win! 

 

2. A Referrer

A “Referrer” is a person that: (i) has been approved and received a Qred VISA and (ii) has signed up for the Referral Program. 

 

3. A Referral

A ”Referral” is a non-existing Qred VISA customer that after receiving a referral link from a Referrer: (i) signs up for the Referral Program, (ii)  applies for a Qred VISA and (iii) gets approved for a Qred VISA. 

 

4. Issuing of Referral Rewards

Both the Referrer and the Referral will receive 50 EUR each on their Qred VISA if the Referral is approved a Qred VISA (the “Referral Reward”).

 

5. Privacy

Any personal data collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Qreds’s Privacy Policy, available at qred.se/info/integritet. Qred shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information under the applicable laws and regulations. 

 

6. General 

6.1. These Referral Terms are published by Qred. Our Referral Terms, as displayed in herein, form a binding agreement between Qred and the Referrer and Qred and the Referral.

6.3. Qred reserves the right to unilaterally decide if the Referral and/or the Customer is qualified for a Referral Reward or not. 

 

7. Referral Limitations

7.1. All Referrals must be new and first-time users. Existing Qred VISA customers cannot participate in the Referral Program as a Referral.

7.2. The Customer and the Referral warrants that all personal information is 100 % correct and up to date at the date of submitting it.

 

8. Restrictions

8.1. This Referral Program cannot be combined with other Qred referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. 

8.2. The Referrer understands and agrees that the Referrer must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Any participation in the Referral Program must not violate applicable laws, which include mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

8.4. The Referrer must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to the Referrer.

 

9. Term and Termination

9.1. This Referral Program will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted (the “End Date”). Qred may in its sole discretion terminate this Referral Program at any time. 

9.2. Any referral made before the End Date can still be completed by the Referral. However Qred may in its sole discretion exclude any referrals that were made before the End Date but are not successfully completed within five (5) business days thereafter.

 

10. Exclusive Relationship

10.1. The Referrers and/or Referrals understand and agree that the Referrers and/or Referrals are only a user of Qred’s services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with Qred. 

10.2. The Referrers and/or Referrals understand and agree that the Referrers and/or Referrals are never authorized to legally bind Qred to any agreement with a third party. 

10.4. By participating in the Referral Program the Referrers must not represent itself as an  agent or intermediary of Qred.

 

11. Amendments

Qred may at any time, without the Referrers and/or Referrals consent, amend the Referral Terms. As a result, additional terms may apply. Any material changes to these terms during the term of the Referral Program will be notified by Qred.

 

12. Violations and Termination

12.1. In case Qred suspects any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of the Referral Program, Qred may in its sole discretion cancel the distribution of any and all discount, benefit or payout. 

12.2. If the Referrers and/or Referrals are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of Qred, Qred may restrict/cancel the Referral Program participation of these persons with immediate effect. 

 

13. Indemnity 

The Referrers and/or Referrals agree to indemnify Qred against any and all losses, damages, claims or expenses incurred or suffered by Qred  as a result of the The Referrers and/or Referrals breach of the Referral Terms. 

 

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The Referral Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Referral Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by the Helsinki public court.
